Holly Willoughby launches intimate sex struggles guide on her lifestyle website

Leave foreplay voice-notes, take baths together and try the ‘pleasure not pressure’ technique’: Holly Willoughby launches intimate sex struggles guide on her lifestyle website

She launched lifestyle brand Wylde Moon just last year.

And Holly Willoughby added a racy guide to the website last week as she detailed the five ‘most common sex problems’ in a new article.

The intimate move adds fuel to the ongoing comparisons the presenter has had to Gwyneth Paltrow – who owns a similar lifestyle brand named Goop.

Holly Willoughby has launched a sex tips guide on her lifestyle website… as comparisons to Gwyneth Paltrow’s infamous Goop brand continue

Holly wrote an article for the site on 10 November, in which a sexual healing coach named Amy White detailed the biggest problems that women face sexually.

The adults-only article referenced low sex drives, struggling to climax, lack of energy, difficulty conveying sexual desires and pain during intimate moments.

Tips from White include carving out intimate time together by taking a bath with your partner.

She also suggests those feeling shy about vocalizing their needs should voice their bedroom likes in a voice note or leave a post it note for their partner.

Those struggling to orgasm are advised to try the ‘pleasure not pressure’ technique, whereby White advises: ‘The number one rule is to step away from the goal of orgasm. Pressure is a massive passion killer, take the focus off an ‘end goal’ and try focusing simply on pleasure instead.’

The guide is noticeably similar to the theme of many articles seen on Gwyneth’s website Goop, which advertises sex toys and features articles on self-pleasure, sexual health and more.

Wlyde Moon has been described by Holly as ‘an ever-evolving journey of self-discovery’ and features articles on lifestyle, beauty, astrology and more.

While the brand also sells candles, home diffuser fragrances and perfumes in it’s boutique section.

Both Wylde moon and Goop feature extensive pieces on crystal healing, solidifying the similarities in the respective brands, with Gwyneth launching her brand back in 2008.

Holly has previously shared that she ‘admires’ Gwyneth for starting her company, as the pair remain good pals.

And showing the comparison talk doesn’t bother them, the presenter’s website even features an interview with the Hollywood actress as part of Holly’s Light of The Moon podcast.

The pair touched on ‘women supporting one another’ in the podcast, with Holly describing it as a chat on ‘fame, motherhood, processing grief, the path to Wellness and all things GOOP and the true value of women supporting women.’
